With over 25 years in information technology, he has seen firsthand how the right tools can transform a business. He has a strong background in project management, e-commerce, and customer engagement, so he understands both the tech and the human side of online business.
- Experience: 25+ years in IT, from early internet days to todays cloud era. Expert in project management, website development, and enterprise applications.
- Tools & Skills: Mastery of ecommerce and web building platforms plus front-end tools, productivity suites, ERP, and S2P software as a service (SaaS). Nick's toolbelt is always ready to build and maintain your online projects.
- Values: Honest, reliable, and genuinely invested in your success. He treats your business goals like his own, with integrity and a personal touch.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Nick has launched his own online ventures (including an e-commerce seasoning business), so he knows what it takes to grow sales and brand presence online. He started eBlack Diamond to share that expertise with other entrepreneurs.
